    Doggy Bones

    Doggy Bones

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    ¼ cup corn meal
    ½ cup Parmesan cheese
    1 medium egg
    1 cup water

    Mix all ingredients together, except the Parmesan cheese.
    Knead until thoroughly mixed
    Roll out the dough and cut with cookie cutter shaped like a doggy bone
    Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese
    Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes

    Store doggy treats in an airtight container
    For a variety you can add 8-10 drops of food coloring to the dough.
