Teddy Carrot Bars

Teddy Carrot Bars
1-1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
1 jar (6oz.) carrot baby food
1 jar (6oz.) applesauce baby food
2 eggs
2 TAB. vegetable oil
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 package (3oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 to 2-1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 to 3 teaspoons milk
24 miniature teddy bear-shaped cinnamon graham crackers
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Combine baby foods, eggs and oil: add to dry ingredients just until blended.
Pour into a greased 13x9 baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool cut into bars.
For frosting, beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
Gradually add confectioners’ sugar. Add enough milk to achieve desired consistency.
Place a dollop of frosting on each bar; top with a teddy graham cracker.
