BUBBLE PIZZA

1 ½ lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can pizza sauce
2 (12 oz. each) tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 ½ cups (6 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in pizza sauce. Quarter the biscuits, placing them in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with the meat and sauce mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 6-8 servings.
