This recipe is from my Sister Sandy
4 - 5 Cube Steaks
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Beef Seasoning
(Better then Bouillon Base by Superior Touch)
Recipe
Dip the steaks in flour, salt and pepper.
Brown in hot oil.
Mix water and beef seasonings together
and pour over the steaks.
Cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until fork tender.
Sometimes I make gravy with the juice.
