CHEDDAR OR SHARP OR A LITTLE
OF EACH)
2 OR 3 SHAKES (SUIT YOUR TASTE)
OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
2 OR 3 SHAKES (SUIT YOUR TASTE)
OF TABASCO SAUCE
1-1 1/2 ONIONS (MED OR LARGE)
CHOPPED

SAVE OUT ENOUGH DRIED MEET TO ROLL
CHEESE BALL IN
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND SHAPE INTO BALL
ROLL IN DRIED MEAT.
SERVE WITH CRACKERS
