Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad
1 bunch (1 ½ pounds) broccoli, broken into small pieces
1 medium onion sliced, or 1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of golden raisins
1 cup of sunflower seeds
10 strips bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 TAB. vinegar
¼ to 1/3 cup sugar
In large bowl, combine salad ingredients, except sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients, refrigerate.
Just before serving, toss dressing with salad. Then add sunflower seeds, mix gently.
