2 pkg. (sm.) cherry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. sour cream
chopped pecans
Recipe
Mix jello and boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Add pineapple and pie filling. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish; chill until set. Blend cream cheese with sugar and sour cream. Spread evenly over jello mixture. Sprinkle pecans on top. Keep refrigerated.
