Down south, these are call these Stuffed Eggs. My Grandmother made these with just salt, pepper and mayo. I revised the recipe.


List of Ingredients




INGREDIENTS:

6 large or jumbo hard-boiled eggs
1/3 cup sweet relish (more if needed)1/3 cup Hellman's mayo (more if
needed)

SEASONINGS:

1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon sugar
a couple drops fresh lemon juice
black pepper to taste
paprika




Recipe



PREPARATIONS:

Cut eggs in half & take out yoke. Mix yokes pickles, seasonings and mayo in bowl. Add sugar & lemon juice.

Adjust seasoning, if necessary. Mix thoroughly, spoon back into whites. Sprinkle with paprika. You can serve these room temperature or chilled.
