BAVARIAN MINT:

2/3 cup instant coffee
1 cup sugar
1 rounded teaspoon loose dried mint leaves
2/3 cup non-dairy creamer

CINNAMON N'SPICE:

2/3 cup instant coffee
1-1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice

CAFE'AU LAIT MIX:

1-11 ounce jar non dairy creamer
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee crystals
dash salt
(use 1/4 cup mix to 2/3 cup hot water)

CAfE' L'ORANGE:

2/3 cup instant coffee
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
dried crushed orange peel

CAFE'ORANGE CAPPUCCINO:

1 cup instant coffee
1-1/2 cup sugar
2 cups non-fat dry milk
1 teaspoon dry orange peel

RUSSIAN TEA:

1 cup instant tea
1-9 ounce jar tang
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1-3 ounce package presweetened lemonade (dry mix)
( use 2 teaspoon in 1 cup boiling water)

SWISS MOCHA:

1 cup instant coffee
1 cup sugar
2 cups nonfat dry milk
4 teaspoons cocoa powder

CAFE' VIENNA MIX:

1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1-1/2 cup non dairy creamer
1-1/2 cup non-fat instant milk
4 teaspoons cocoa
1 cup instant coffee

(another cafe'vienna one, not as much milk)

CAFE' VIENNA:
1 cup instant coffee
1-1/3 cup sugar
1-1/3 cup non-fat dry milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon


CAFE' MOCHA:

2/3 cup instant coffee
3 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
1-1/3 cup sugar
1 cup non-dairy creamer
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk

And a cake to go with the coffee::

Recipe for Jello cake:

1 box of white cake
1 box of strawberry jello
1 container of cool whip

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL:

MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS, STORE IN AIR-
TIGHT CONTAINER.

TO USE:

TO ONE CUP BOILING WATER, ADD DRY MIX TO TASTE.



Preparation for CAKE:

Make cake according to box directions..bake and cool..take box of jello with 1 cup of boiling water and dissolve .. Take a fork and make little holes in cake..after that pour dissolved jello all over cake. Spread Cool Whip on top of cake and sprinkle a little bit of dry jello powder on top of Cool Whip for decoration: ENJOY!!!!

This is so good with the coffee.
