~Garlic Herbed Butter~

List of Ingredients
1/3 cup chopped parsley
2 1/2 Teaspoon chopped basil
2 1/2 Tablespoon chives
2 large garlic cloves, chopped coarse
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 Tablespoon dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 Tablespoons fnely chopped shallots (or onions)
Recipe
1) In a mini processor, combine the parsley, basil and chives with garlic until finely chopped. Add butter, wine, salt and pepper and process until smooth. Add shallots or onions and pulse just until mixed into the butter.
2) Butter can be frozen for up to 1 month. Return to room temperature before serving.
3) Seve with steamed vegetables, steak, seafood or chicken.
