Just a little something I threw together.


List of Ingredients




INGREDIENTS:

2 LARGE CANS PEACHES (SLICED)
1 CUP SUGAR (MORE IF NEEDED)
1 STICK BUTTER
2 DEEP DISH FROZEN PIE CRUSTS


SPICES

1 TBS. VANILLA FLAVOR
1 TSP. LEMON FLAVOR
1 TSP. NUTMEG
1 TSP. CINNAMON
1 TSP. ALLSPICE




Recipe



PREPARATIONS:

In large sauce pan, mix Peaches and all the spices. Bring to a boil, add butter and flavor, cook 10 minutes.

In small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of flour with 1/2 cup of water until smooth and creamy. Add very slowly to Peaches stirring constantly until mixture is thick. Cook 5 minutes more.

Put 1 pie crust in bottom of deep casserole dish, press sides and bottom. Add Peaches, put second crust on top and seal edges. Prick top with fork about six times.

Bake in 325 degree oven until crust in nice and brown. Let set 15 minutes before serving.

Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream or Ice Cream of your choice.
