List of Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh lemon jce.
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
1/2 cup each, fresh basil, chopped, Rosemary, parsley and thyme, chopped
3 shallots or 3 tablespoons red onion thinly sliced and chopped
2 cloves garlic
Recipe
Process juice, vinegar,and olive oil together in processor. Add rest of ingredients, and process until course paste.
Make sure you are wearing gloves when handling peppers, or you may be sorry.
1 poblano chili, or 3 jalapeno's thinly sliced. Good on all meat, poultry, and seafood. Wonderful to marinate vegetables in also.
