~Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp~

Recipe Introduction
I threw this together on the spur of the moment.
List of Ingredients
1 pound jumbo shrimp (peeled & devein) **(keep shells)
8 ounce angel hair pasta
1 package of fresh baby spinach (washed and drained)
3 large cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon cilantro
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3/4 stick of butter
Plus 2 Tablespoon butter
1 pack Goya Vegetable Seasoning
2 packs Goya Sazo'n Seasoning
3/4 cup reserved pasta water or shrimp stock**Recipe
1) Cook pasta according to package direction. Toss with 2 Tablespoons of butter and pack of vegetable seasoning. Set aside.
2) Melt butter in sauce pan. Add all the seasoning, onion, garlic and shrimp. Saute until shrimp change color. Add spinach and shrimp stock, saute until spinach is wilted. Add spaghetti and saute until shrimp is done. Adjust seasoning and mix will. Add more butter if necessary.
Top with Parmesan cheese before serving. Serve with Italian bread or your bread of choice.
SHRIMP STOCK**
Add shrimp shells to 1 cup of seasoned water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
