    ~Shrimp & Crabmeat Salad ~

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound large shrimp shelled and deveined*
    1 pound crabmeat, shredded (imitation)
    1 box elbow macaroni (8 ounces)
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup mayo or
    1 cup mayo instead of sour cream (more if needed)

    SEASONINGS: ( Season to individual taste) This is an estimate, I don't measure anything.

    2 tablespoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon pepper
    2 packets Goya Vegetable Seasons
    1 teaspoon old bay seasonings
    three packs sa'son seasonings
    1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice


    Recipe

    PREPARATIONS:

    Season shrimp the night before. Boil in 2/3 cup of water until pink, drain. Cook noodles, drain, rinse in cold water until noodles are cold. Drain completely. In mixing bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, lemon juice and seasonings. Add crabmeat and shrimp to sauce. Strain shrimp juice and add seasonings that's left in the bottom of saucepan to mixture. Add macaroni, mix thoroughly and chill a couple of hours before serving or overnight. Serve with crackers or over lettuce with tomatoes, cucumbers and hard boiled eggs cut in half.

    About 6 to 8 servings (depending on portions)
