~Two Fish Slaw~

List of Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. skinless flounder
1 lb. large shrimps (cooked)
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 head cabbage shredded fine
1 large celery (cut in diagonal slices)
SALAD DRESSING:
3 Tbs. lemon juice
3/4 cup Helmann’s Mayo (more if needed)
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbs. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pepper (black or white)
1 package sa’son salad seasoning
1/2 tsp. dry basil
salad greens
tomatoes
Recipe
PREPARATIONS:
Heat 1 1/2 cup water to boiling, add flounder, 2 tbs. lemon juice, reduce heat.
Simmer 8 to 10 minutes ( depending on thickness of fish ) until flounder flakes with fork. Remove, drain and flake.
Place fish, cabbage, celery and shrimp in large bowl. Mix mayo, 3 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, pepper, basil, onion powder and Sazo'n. Pour on fish mixture and toss.
Adjust seasonings to your taste.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Spoon slaw onto salad greens, or lettuce, arrange tomatoes.
