    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 (10 count) package fat-free flour tortillas
    1 (10 ounce) packages romaine lettuce
    1/4 cup finely shredded Italian Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup fat-free Caesar Italian dressing



    Recipe



    Cut chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces. Cook in a large non-stick skillet, sprayed with non-fat cooking spray, until chicken is no longer pink.

    In the meantime, microwave tortillas until warm (less than 1 minute).

    In a bowl, toss cooked chicken, salad mix, cheese and dressing together. Put 1/2 cup of salad/chicken mixture in center of each warmtortilla. Roll up.

    Yield: 10 servings
