    List of Ingredients




    1 large (28 ounces) can crushed tomatoes
    6 ozs. tomatoe paste
    1 large can tomato sauce
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    small bell pepper, chopped
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 bay leave
    pinch of sugar
    4 packs Sazon Seasonings
    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    salt to taste
    1 cup red wine (sangria)
    1/4 cup virgin olive oil
    1 teaspoon Italian spice
    1 teaspoon basil
    1 teaspoon oregano

    NOTE: If sauce is too thick, add more wine or water.

    Put all ingedients in a slow cooker. Cook on high until it starts to cook. Then put on low for about 4 hours. When it's finished, you can add meat of your choice; cooked ground beef, Italian sausages, cooked and drained.

    If you want to add something you love, make it your own.
