INGREDIENTS:
2 LBS. OXTAILS
1 BOX YELLOW RICE (MAHATMA)
1 LARGE ONION OR 2 STALKS OF SCALLIONS
SEASONINGS: (Use own judgement)
ONION POWDER
SEASONED SALT
GARLIC PEPPER
MEAT TENDERIZER
4 PACKS SAZ'ON.
Recipe
PREPARATIONS:
Wash and season oxtails over night. In slow cooker, add oxtails, onions, water to cover, seasonings to taste. Cook on high until boiling, then cook on slow 6 to 8 hours or until done.
RICE:
In sauce pan, add 2 cups low sodium beef broth, bring to a boil, add rice, cook until done. Serve Oxtails with Rice and Salad.
