Marion's Pig Tails, Butter Beans & Corn

List of Ingredients
1 medium bag of medium-sized dry butter beans
1 package of pig tails
1 teaspoon salt (more if needed)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 can cream style corn
Water
Recipe
Sort through dry butter beans, taking out the dirt, rocks and pebbles. Wash and rinse the beans.
Place in a large pot in water.
Check pigtails, scraping off any pig hairs that may still be adhered to skin. Wash and rinse and cut into two inch sections. Place in pot with beans.
Add seasonings. Boil until beans and pig tails are tender. Add 1 can of creamed corn and simmer until liqueur is somewhat thickened.
Great with hot water bread and sliced tomatoes and onions.
