List of Ingredients
4 smoked hamhocks
1 lbs. dried pinto beans**
2 Tablespoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 packs Saz'on Seasoning
1 medium chopped onion
Recipe
Directions:
Boil hamhocks on medium heat until half done. Add all seasonings and onions. Add pinto beans, cook on medium heat until beans and ham hocks are done.
**Note: Soak beans overnight or 1 to 2 hours before cooking.
Serve with hot buttered rice and cornbread.
