4 Center Cut Pork Chops
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 1/2 cup beef broth
1-Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup long grain rice
4 slices tomatoes
4 slices onions
4 slices green peppers
Recipe
Season chops with salt and lemon pepper.
Brown in butter, remove, add Worcestershire Sauce pour in beef broth, stir in rice.
Cook until half done.
Put in greased dish, put chops on top.
Garnish with tomatoes, onions and green peppers. Sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper.
Cover with foil and bake in 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
