Creamy Brownie Pie
List of Ingredients
1 pie crust..refrigerated ready made are fine to use
1 8 oz cream cheese..room temperature
3 tbls sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 pkg Pillsbury thick n fudgy hot fudge brownie mix
1/4 c oil
2 tbl water
Recipe
heat over to 350
Prepare pie crust into 9 inch pie pan.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and 1 eggs Beat until smooth.
Put aside hot fudge packet from brownie mix. In large bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, 1 tbls water and 2 eggs. beat by hand 50 strokes.
Spread 1/2 cup brownie mixture in bottom of pan. Sppon and spread cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer. Top with remaining brownie mixture, spread evenly. May sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes until center is puffed and crust is golden brown. If necessary, may have to cover edges with foil after 15 minutes.
Place hot fudge from packet in microwave. Cook on high for 30 second..Stir in last tbls water and drizzle this over top of pie. COOL 3 hours before serving.
