Orange Roughy
List of Ingredients
Orange Roughy (1.3 pound per person)
4 potatoes sliced and boiled
1 can lighy mushroom soup
1-1/2 cups low fat milk
1 tbl worcestershire sauce
dash of tabasco
1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)
1 tbl butter
2 tbl onion minced
1-1/2 pounds roughy filletsRecipe
Mix potatoes, soup, milk, worcestershire and peas in large bowl; set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat melt butter, union and cook for a minute then add fish and cook for 2 minutes. Turn fish and add potatoe mixture. Cover and heat for 8 minutes.
