Chicken Fingers w/honey mustard sauce

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning(I added this)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
- Honey Mustard Sauce:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
Instructions
- Make Ahead: Prepare the honey mustard 1 or 2 days ahead of time so the flavors have time to blend.
- Cut chicken into 1/2 x 2 inch strips. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and cajun(if using) in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in milk. Roll in flour mixture to coat well.Place chicken on waxed paper. When finished dip in flour again. Place chicken in hot oil fry 3-5 minutes on each side or till golden brown. I fryed mine for 5 using my timer of course. Drain on paper towels. Serve with sauce. Ranch dressing is my choice.
