From the Friendly Freezer group on yahoo. I tried it a few days ago, and it was yummy! I also like the fact that you
can freeze the individual servings and microwave to serve.

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and diced (optional)
- 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs*
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped**
Instructions
- *I have used 2 slices of bread, crumbled and it was fine. **can use regular onion or 1 tbsp dehydrated onion.
- Mix lightly but thoroughly to blend.
- Divide between 12 muffin tins, press into cups (I usually end up with 11 of the cups filled with nice sized meatloaves)
- Bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes. Flash freeze and place in zip lock freezer bags. Thaw and microwave to warm.
Final Comments
We usually make a sweet & sour sauce with these and serve over rice. Just make the sauce and place thawed mini loaves in the sauce to heat them thoroughly. Teriyaki sauce is good too.
