    Cookies using Cake Mixes and Candies or nuts. The recipie listed is for Lemon Crisps but included is a list for substitutes for other flavors.....

    List of Ingredients




    one box lemon cake mix
    one cup Rice Krispie cereal
    1 egg
    1/2 cup melted margarine
    1 tsp grated lemon zest


    Strawberry cake mix, using finely chopped nuts instead of the zest.
    Chocolate cake mix using chocolate bar shavings (left over lol) and 1
    tsp instant coffee
    White cake mix using 1/2 tsp peppermint flavoring and crushed up
    peppermint sticks
    Coconut cake mix using 1/4 cup flaked coconut

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients and shape into one inch balls and place on an
    ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 10
    to 12 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 minutes then transfer to a wire
    cooling rack.
