Roasted Pumpkin Seeds- Kid Friendly!
List of Ingredients
pumpkin seeds
salt water
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sause
1 tsp garlic salt OR regular salt
extra butter
Preheat oven to 325 degreesRecipe
1. Separate the seeds from the pumpkin. Be sure to get rid off all the
stringy pumpkin that is attached to them.
2. Soak the seeds in salt water for about 4 hours.
3. Pat the seeds dry with a paper towel.
4. Melt 1/4 cup (or so) of butter or margarine on a cookie sheet.
5. Add a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, or plain salt,to
taste.
6. Spread seeds on sheet, and move them around to coat them with thebutter
or margarine Add more salt if desired.
7. Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until desired
crispness.
