- 2 11oz can mexican corn, drained
- 2 4oz can green chilis, drained
- 2 cups grated Mexican cheese
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- corn chips for dipping

- mix all ingredients and bake at 350 in 9x13 greased pan for 30 to 40 min
