Carrot Cake
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups cake flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup vegatable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups grated carrots
Instructions
- sift together cakeflour, sugar, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon
- In another bowl beat eggs with oil. Add dry ingrdients and bet well.
- Fold in carrots and pour into 3 greased and floured 8 inch cake pans
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
