Asiago cheesebread stuffing

- 2-6oz. pkg buttermilk cornbread mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 2 cups chopped celey
- 1/2 cup minced green onion
- 2 cups crumbled Asiago cheesebread
- 1 TBL poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup- 10.75oz.
- 3 large eggs
- 4 1/2 cups chicken brothpreheat
Instructions
- prepare cornbread mixes according to directions. Cool and crumble
- pre-heat oven to 350, spray 13by9dish with spray
- In large skillet, melt butter, add onion, celery, and green onion cook till tender
- IN a large bowl combine onion mixture, crumbled cornbread and crumbled cheese bread. Stir in soup,
- seasoning, and eggs Add chicken broth, stirring until combined
- Pour into prepared dish, bake one hour and ten min. or un til set.
