Recipe Introduction
Each square = 3 points
List of Ingredients
1 prepared angel food cake (10 Oz),cubed
1 small pkg. sf strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 (15 oz.) can light freestone sliced peaches, drained and cubed
2 cups cold skim milk
1 small pkg. sf instant vanilla pudding mix
1 small container of ff cool whip
8 fresh strawberries to garnish
Recipe
Place cake cubes in a 9x13 baking pan or dish.
Prepare jello according to box and pour over cake cubes. Place peaches over cake and jello.
Prepare pudding according to package and spread over the peaches.
Top with thawed cool whip.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Cut into 15 squares and garnish each piece with 3 thinly sliced strawberry pieces(equal to 1/2 a strawberry).
