    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 ounces self-rising cornmeal
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 1/2 Tbsp powdered buttermilk
    1 egg
    1/4 cup water

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes. Cut into 2 pieces. Each piece= 1 bread, 1 protein, 1/4 milk.

    Maybe that can be translated, hope so. It makes a small iron skillet full
