1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1/2 cup fat free skim milk
4 packets of Splenda
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 slices of Light Wheat (or honeywheat, or your choice of .5 pt per slice)
Recipe
Mix the egg, egg whites, milk, splenda and vanilla together.
Dip bread into the mixture and put in hot pan sprayed with Pam
