1 cup serving: 210 cal, 3g fat 4g fiber.
List of Ingredients
8 C.quick cooking oats
1 1/2 C. chopped mixed fruit
1/2 C sugar ( it is probably less pts. w/ splenda)
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
2 1/2 Teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
Recipe
Combine all the ingredients, in an airtight container and use it when you want to. It keeps for one month.
To pepare oatmeal: in a deep microwaveble bowl, combine 1/2 C. oatmeal mix and 1 cup of water. Microwave for 1~2 minutes on high or until bubbly, stirring every 30 second, Let stand for 1~2 minutes.
