    2 pounds Tyson Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (family size package)
    1 envelope onion soup, dry mix
    2 cans Campbell's (U.S.) 98% Fat-Free Cream Of Chicken Soup
    1 1/2 cup Minute Instant Enriched Long Grain White Rice
    3 cans water

    Recipe



    Cut chicken breast in half (if desired).
    Layer chicken in the bottom of a large, well greased pan.
    Sprinkle dry rice evenly over chicken, and set aside.
    Combine cream of chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, and water in skillet. Simmer on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Pour soup mix over chicken and rice.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. After 45 minutes stir rice on top and cover with tin foil to prevent burning.
    Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. ENJOY!
