Tomato Spinach Slow Cooker Soup

List of Ingredients
10 oz spinach, baby , washed
2 medium carrots, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 C. vegetable broth, low sodium
28 oz of canned, diced tomatoes,low/no salt
2 bay leaves
1 Tbls. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed (OPTIONAL)
Recipe
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours. Remove bay leaves, stir and serve.
