    List of Ingredients




    8 potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    4 carrots. peeled and sliced
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    5 c. water
    1/3 c. reduced calorie margarine
    2 c. lean cubed ham
    1 can evaporated skim milk

    Recipe



    Peel and cut potatoes into bite sized pieces.
    Put all ingredients except evaporated skim
    milk in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for
    10 to 12 hours. Stir in evaporated skim milk
    during the last hour of cooking.
    Add flour to thicken if desired.
