    List of Ingredients




    1 stick butter
    3 c. sifted all purpose flour (use 1 c. for dredging fruits)
    1 c. brown sugar (packed)
    4 eggs (beaten until foamy)
    1/4 c. wine, bourbon, or milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 3 Tbsp. milk
    1 lb. dates, chopped
    1 lb. candied cherries, chopped
    1 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
    1 lb. white raisins
    6 c. pecans, finely chopped

    Recipe



    Combine in order given. Drop one teaspoon at a time on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 10-15 min
