    Serves: 12 Points 3

    List of Ingredients




    1 box white cake mix
    12 oz. bag of frozen raspberries*
    12 oz. bag of frozen blueberries*
    2 cups of diet 7 UP or Diet Sprite

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray.

    Put the fruit (still frozen) in the baking dish.

    Mix up the box of cake mix and the 2 cups of diet cola, it will be foamy.

    Pour mixture over the frozen berries.

    Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

    Uncover the cobbler and bake for an additional 40 minutes or until the cake is firm to the touch..


    *Note: I used a mixture of Blackberries, Blueberries, and Raspberries equaling 24 oz. I've heard of others using fresh peaches and other fruit too, so feel free to get creative. :)
