24 mini muffins at 2 points each
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup McNeil Nutritionals Splenda brown sugar blend
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 large egg(s)
2/3 cup Smart Balance 37% Light Spread Margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
Melt Smart Balance (butter) and mix all ingredaints together. Pour into Pam sprayed mini muffin pan about 2/3 way full. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
Measure the pecans out in a cup then chop them........
