List of Ingredients
1/2 cup lower fat margarine -- softened
3 ounces fat-free cream cheese -- softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
Filling:
2 eggs
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon lower fat margarine -- melted
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup bread crumbs -- dry
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley, freeze-dried
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon pepper
14 1/2 ounces Salmon -- drained, bones removed
1 green onion -- sliced
Recipe
In a mixing bowl; beat butter, cream cheese & flour til smooth. Shape tablespoonfuls of dough into balls; press onto the bottom & up the sides of greased mini muffin cups. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, butter & lemon juice. Stir in crumbs, parsley, sage salt & pepper. Fold in salmon & onion. Spoon into shells. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or til browned.
