List of Ingredients
1 pound raw tilapia
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp Smart Balance 37% Light Spread Margarine
1 Tbsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp celery salt
Recipe
Preheat oven broiler and line broiling pan with aluminum foil.
In small bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, butter, mayo, lemon juice, basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Mix well and set aside.
Arrange tilapia fillets in a single layer on prepared pan. Broil a few inches from heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip fillets over, and broil another 2-3 minutes. Remove fillets from oven and cover them with the paremesan cheese mixture on the top side. Broil another 2 minutes or until topping is browned and fish flakes easily with fork. Be careful not to overcook the fish.
