1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp table salt
3 medium apples
2 medium stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup raisins
Recipe
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, honey and salt. Add apples, celery, walnuts & raisins, tossing until mixed and coated with dressing.
