Gently cook 2-3 oz of chicken. Season to taste. I like to add onions and garlic.
Meanwhile, make a mean salad:
I use the field greens bagged.
Baby spinach
carrots
green onions
olives
1 Tbl. sunflower seeds
1 Tbl dried cranberries
mushrooms
mandarin oranges
sliced beets
Add warm chicken and mix w/2 tbl LF dressing - my fav is Ken LF Walnut Raspberry dressing...but the choice is yours.
