    1 can (12 oz.) water-packed solid white tuna, drained
    1/3 cup (3 oz.) fat-free plain yogurt
    1 can (4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1 celery rib, finely chopped
    1/4 cup pickle relish
    1/4 cup chopped pecans
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
