List of Ingredients
2 cans FF chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 lb. frozen California blend vegetables
6 oz. light Velveeta cheese
Recipe
Bring broth to a boil. Add tomatoes and frozen vegetables.
Cook till vegetables are done. Mix 2 tbs. flour with 1/2 cup cold water and pour into boiling soup to thicken. Turn off burner and add cheese. Stir until melted.
