6 sun-dried tomato halves (not packed in oil), slivered or
minced, soaked and drained
2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 cups thawed frozen whole or cut green beans
Pinch salt
Recipe
In medium skillet, heat oil; add tomatoes and garlic. Cook
over medium heat, stirring frequently, 1-2 minutes, until
garlic is golden brown.
Stir green beans, 2 tablespoons water and salt into tomato
mixture; cook, covered, 2 minutes, until green beans are
tender
