    4 slices bread
    1lb sausage
    1 cup grated cheese
    6 eggs
    2 cups milk
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

    Recipe



    Tear slices of bread into small pieces and place in greased 13x9 pan.
    Brown sausage;drain and put over bread. Add grated cheese. Beat eggs and milk. Add mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over the bread, sausage and cheese. Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes.
