List of Ingredients
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 (8 oz.) carton lemon yogurt
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 cups thawed Cool Whip
1 (10”) angel food cake, cut into 1” cubes
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 cup toasted coconut
Recipe
In a bowl, combine first four ingredients (condensed milk through lemon rind). Fold in Cool Whip.
Place half of cake cubes in trifle bowl. Top with half of lemon mixture. Repeat. Top with raspberries and coconu
