Greek Spaghetti with Tomatoes and Feta

2 t. Olive Oil
1 t. Dried Oregano
2 minced cloves of Garlic
3 C. diced Roma Tomatoes1 chopped Green Pepper
1/2 C. sliced Green Onion
1/4 C. chopped fresh Parsley - divided
2 T. fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 lb. Thin Spaghetti, cooked according to pkg. directions1 C. or 4 oz. crumbled Feta CheeseBlack Pepper to tasteRecipe
Heat oil in large non stick skillet over medium to high heat. Add oregano and garlic; saute 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, green onions, green pepper, 2 T. parsley and lemon juice; cook 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Combine tomatoe mixture, spaghetti and 3/4 C. feta cheese; toss gently. Top with remaining cheese and parsley and serve with Pepper.Number Of Servings:3-4
